BETTY M REED

A graveside service for Betty M. Reed, age 94, will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Plummer City Cemetery at Plummer, Idaho.   Betty passed away Friday, November 29th at Royal Park Care Center in Spokane, Washington where she had made her home for the past 4 years.

She was born September 9, 1925 at Spokane, Washington to Fredrick and Florence (Harris) Reed.  She was raised at the family home near Lake Chatcolet where her father worked for the railroad.  She attended schools at Plummer, Idaho.   Betty worked at the Park Hotel at Lake Chatcolet for several years.  She later took care of her parents.  She was a homemaker most of her life.    She was never married.   She had made her home in Spokane Valley for several years.

Her hobbies included hand crafts, and she enjoyed horses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings.

Survivors include her cousin Betty Graham in Meridian, Idaho.
