Dellene Charrisse Watson, 69, of Shoreline, WA, sorrowfully passed away on April 19th, 2023, after her battle with pancreatic cancer. She had a tough disease with great pain and suffering; however, she did not complain or bemoan her illness. She died quietly, with her family holding her to the end.
Dellene was born on January 30th, 1954 to Delmer and Celene Eakle in Wenatchee, WA.
Dellene, a longtime resident of Spokane, graduated from Ferris High School in 1972; she proudly and gratefully worked for Gonzaga University in Spokane for several years.
In 1985, Dellene met the love of her life, Jim Watson and in 1989 they got married in Coeur d'Alene, ID then moved to Shoreline, WA in 1990 to be closer to family.
Dellene was a strong, warm, caring, and generous woman who loved her family and friends immensely. She adored her nieces and nephews. Her life was centered around family. She was an avid reader and loved to play "Trivial Pursuit".
Dellene is survived by her husband of 34 years Jim Watson and their beloved fur-baby Harley; daughter Heather Oiland and her wife Tasie Hampton, step-daughter Sada Doup and her husband Carl; her brother Ty Eakle, his wife Kelli, their children Nick (wife Cheryl, son Jack) and Brittnie; her sister Cammie Dotsey, her husband Lonnie, their children Ryan, Tristen and Trevor; her twin’s children Charssie Williams (son “Lil” Sean) and “Big” Sean Williams. She is also survived by her Aunt Lois Clum of Spokane, as well as many cousins in the Pacific Northwest.
Finally, she leaves behind her in-laws, Sheri and Jim Riley of Spokane, Gina and Clark Fraser of Grand Prairie, TX.
Dellene was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister Dellane Williams.
